To benefit you. We can connect you with the best talent across the UK regardless of your location. It is also more convenient for your and the tutor.
It is very easy! Once you have found a suitable tutor (or we have paired you), you will pay a one-time fee of £15 to get a tutor’s contact details (using PayPal on our site). PayPal is the only online payment method accepted (alternatively, you can phone us and pay over phone). You can pay as a guest on PayPal using MasterCard, Visa & American Express.
Tutor-student matching is not rushed. We want to ensure you find the best match, so usually 2-3 days. Alternatively, you can view tutor profiles yourself and select the tutor you’d like.
If you find any dissatisfaction with your tutor, please reach out to us by email. Usually issues can be solved by a discussion between us & the tutor. If yhe problem cannot be solved like this, we are happy to find you an alternative tutor.
